O escritório de arquitetura Norman Foster + Partners revelou o projeto de doisarranha-céus que serão os mais altos da Europa Ocidental de uso misto. As duas torres com fachadas triangulares terão 323 metros de altura e abrigarão hotel, SPA, residências, escritórios e lojas. A fachada cortina de vidro de cada arranha-céu será composta de painéis facetados para promover sombreamento e ventilação natural. O projeto pretende obter o conceito excelente no Breeam (BRE Environmental Assessment Method).

A execução do Hermitage Plaza deverá ser iniciada em 2010. Sua conclusão está estimada para o final de 2014.
